- Core Job Responsibilities:-
- Auditing and Assurance:
- Reviewing financial statements, testing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Tax Management:
- Preparing tax returns, planning corporate tax strategies, and representing clients before tax authorities.
- Financial Reporting: Overseeing the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and monthly or annual statutory accounts.
- Management and Financial Advisory:
- Advising business leaders on mergers, acquisitions, budgeting, capital utilization, and risk management.
- Team Supervision:
- Implementing accounting processes, monitoring junior staff or bookkeepers, and maintaining financial records.
