- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications for government projects using BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements from stakeholders through user stories and create detailed design documents.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions to ensure that developed solutions meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with governance guidelines and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in software development with expertise in government projects.
- Solid understanding of requirement gathering techniques such as BRD/FRD creation.
- Proficiency in creating detailed design documents based on user stories.
- Experience working on UAT processes for ensuring high-quality deliverables.
