JOB PURPOSE
Support project planning activities by collecting progress data, updating schedules, preparing reports, and assisting in project monitoring and MIS reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Data & Tracking
Collect daily and weekly project progress data
Track ongoing project activities and milestones
Coordinate with site teams for progress updates
Schedule & Planning Support
Update project schedules and planning records
Support planning team in activity monitoring
Assist in identifying delays and progress gaps
Reporting & MIS
Prepare project progress reports and MIS reports
Maintain planning records and documentation
Prepare presentations and project summaries
Analysis & Coordination
Support project analysis and reporting activities
Coordinate with internal teams for planning inputs




Assist in preparing project status updates
Documentation Management
Maintain accurate planning data and reports
Ensure timely updating of records and schedules
Support audit and documentation requirements
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS)
Accurate collection of project data
Timely preparation of reports and MIS
Proper maintenance of planning records
Accuracy in schedule and progress updates
QUALIFICATIONS
B.Tech / Diploma

Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience in Planning (2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred), with experience in residential projects
