What We’re Looking For:
Drive sales through Agent Recruitment, Field Sales
Minimum 1-2 years of Life Insurance experience
Strong experience in the Agency Channel
Proven ability to manage, motivate and drive agents
Robust sales, recruitment and target-achievement skills
Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1 month notice period preferred
