Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be primarily responsible for connecting with potential customers through leads generated from Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), understanding their requirements, and scheduling meetings or site visits for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide information about the company's hospitality services, venues, events, packages, and offerings.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.




- Update customer information and lead details in CRM, Excel, or other assigned systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Work towards achieving assigned calling, follow-up, and appointment-booking targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 0–1 year in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Target-oriented, confident, and proactive personality.

Preferred Background

Candidates with exposure to Hospitality, Events, Restaurants, Clubs, Banquets, or Customer Service will be preferred.
