Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Snowflake Cortex capabilities.
- Develop applications utilizing Cortex AI functions including COMPLETE, SUMMARIZE, TRANSLATE, SENTIMENT, EXTRACT_ANSWER, and Cortex Search.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions leveraging enterprise data stored within Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain Snowpark Python applications integrated with Cortex AI services.
- Create semantic data models and AI-ready datasets for business consumption.
- Design and optimize prompts, prompt templates, and AI workflows for enterprise use cases.
- Develop chatbots, intelligent search solutions, document intelligence applications, and AI-assisted analytics capabilities
- 7-10 years of Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI Engineering experience.
- 3+ years of Snowflake development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI services.
- Strong Python and Snowpark development experience.
- Experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases.
- Robust SQL and data modeling skills.
- Experience working with unstructured and semi-structured data.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic
