Role Overview

We are looking for a hardcore Upwork Business Development Executive who can independently drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation and bidding to client acquisition and closure for US Accounting, Tax, and related professional services.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Upwork bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, and client outreach.
- Identify and qualify US/global business owners with accounting and tax requirements.
- Conduct client conversations, pitch tailored solutions, handle objections, and close deals.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, follow-ups, and revenue targets.




- Maintain long-term relationships with acquired international clients.

Required Skills

- Proven Upwork bidding & client acquisition experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English with strong business communication.
- Strong sales, negotiation, pitching, and closing skills.
- Understanding of US Accounting/Tax services is an advantage; training will be provided.
- Highly target-driven, self-motivated, persuasive, and comfortable working in a US night-shift environment.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/Marketing/Business) preferred.
