Role & responsibilities

Key Result Areas (KRAs) / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas

- Partner Activation: Onboard and activate a defined number of new resellers/MSPs per quarter
- Pipeline Health: Maintain a qualified sales pipeline of 34x the quarterly sales target
- Forecast Accuracy: Maintain forecast accuracy within 15% of actual sales

Preferred candidate profile

1. Sales of ManageEngine Solutions

- Promote the complete suite of ManageEngine products, including ITSM, ITOM, endpoint management, Active Directory tools, and analytics
- Deliver product demos, webinars, and enablement sessions to partners
- Handle licensing, deal registration, and renewals in coordination with the OEM and partners

Sales of SOC Services

- Position and sell Managed SOC offerings to resellers and MSPs
- Educate partners on key security concepts: SIEM, incident response, threat detection, and 24x7 monitoring

3. Experience with BeyondTrust Password Safe (or comparable PAM platforms such as CyberArk, Delinea/Thycotic, or SailPoint, BeyondTrust products (BeyondInsight, Endpoint Privilege Management/EPM, Remote Support, Privileged Remote Access

- Familiarity with ManageEngine or similar platforms (e.g., SolarWinds, ServiceNow, Ivanti)
- - Familiarity with Beyond Trust - BeyondTrust PAM, BeyondTrust PRA, BeyondInsight, Active Directory, Windows/Linux Administration, ServiceNow, Incident
- - Robust understanding of SOC services and cybersecurity fundamentals

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage and grow reseller relationships, and align with new OEMs as needed
