- Provide after sales service & product testing
- Ensure compliance with medical device standards
- Maintain equipment reliability through regular maintenance
- Installation of anaesthesia machines/workstations
- Breakdown servicing & preventive maintenance
- Troubleshooting of pneumatic & mechanical ssystems
- Customer training and technical support
- Maintain service reports
- Travel to hospitals/dealers as required
