Lead Project Manager (AGM) role will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling multi-disciplinary projects.
Experience in managing end-to-end EPC projects, preferably in steel plants, power, or waste-to-energy sectors.
Direct involvement in complete project lifecycle — from handover, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, to final closure
serve as the focal point for internal coordination and external stakeholder management, including clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors
Contract Management- Risk Mitigation & Project Profitability
Hands-on experience in project risk management, cost control,
Familiarity with project planning and monitoring tools such as MS Project / Primavera
Exposure to pre-bid estimation, pre-bid risk assessment, scope deviation handling - Optional
Provide pre-bid assistance
Monitor project progress using Earned Value Management and MIS systems
