- The investment banking arm of a diversified business group, servicing private equity, M&A;, joint ventures and India entry mandates, is hiring a Manager for Business Development.
- Reports to the Directors.

Key responsibilities:

- Work on transactions across stages: sourcing, execution, investor outreach, due diligence and closure
- Lead and participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads
- both companies and investors
- Manage the team preparing information memorandums, management presentations and other transaction collaterals
- Support financial analysis, valuation and deal structuring
- Maintain investor and client relationships through the transaction lifecycle

Ideal profiles:

- Client-facing professionals from Wealth Management, Investor Relations, Private Equity / VC, Startup Advisory or Corporate Finance.
- We are looking for valuable MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a proactive approach with high ownership and fluent communication.
