Qualification: Any Degree / MBA Preferred

Languages Known: English & Tamil , Hindi (Preferrable)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Training Professional to drive retail

capability development across stores through impactful training initiatives, employee

engagement activities, and sales performance improvement programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure in Retail Training, Product Coaching,

Store Operations, and Performance Management within a rapid-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training & Assessment

• Conduct NHIT training programs for Store Managers and Sales Executives

• Deliver product knowledge, sales pitch, soft skills & behavioral training

• Conduct SOP, induction & Accessories training programs

• Execute refresher trainings based on business needs and product launches

• Prepare monthly training calendars and track completion status

Performance Management

• Identify TNA & TNI for retail store teams

• Conduct branch workshops, training camps & capability-building initiatives





• Measure training e ectiveness and share impact reports • Implement state-level training projects aligned with business goals

Sales Executive Engagement Activities

• Coordinate engagement & incentive programs for Sales Executives

• Support vivo India activities across exclusive stores

• Assist certification programs based on business requirements

Promotion & Marketing Support

• Support campaign execution and store-level rollouts

• Participate in launch events, customer workshops & customer connect programs

• Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities

• Share actionable business insights with management

Reporting & Dashboard Management

• Maintain training dashboards, reports & performance trackers

• Update training calendars and training modules regularly

• Ensure timely submission of reports to Head O ice
