Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer payment-related queries through email and chat support.
Respond to customer emails and chat requests professionally and promptly.
Assist customers with payment confirmations, transaction status, and billing-related concerns.




resolve payment issues and escalate complex cases when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions. Coordinate with internal teams for payment verification and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). Achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills
Valuable written communication skills.
Basic computer and email handling knowledge

Customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts.
nowledge of additional languages is an added advantage.
