Key Skills:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in Capital Markets Operations & Transformation.
- At least 3 years of Team Handling experience
- Strong knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates, Credit, and OTC Derivatives.
- Strong domain expertise in one or more areas: Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Alternatives (Private Equity, Private Credit, REIT), or Custody & Securities Operations.
- Experience in Practice Leadership, Solutioning, Consulting, Sales Enablement, and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, Data Modernization, and Emerging Technologies including Agentic AI.
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Capital Markets Operations Practice and drive strategic growth initiatives across clients and business units.
- Define and execute the practice vision,



transformation roadmap, and innovation strategy.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation programs leveraging Digital Transformation, AI/ML, Intelligent Automation, Data Modernization, and Agentic AI.
- Develop industry offerings, solutions, frameworks, accelerators, and reusable assets for Capital Markets clients.
- Partner with leadership teams to define Go-to-Market strategies and business expansion plans.
- Support sales and business development activities through RFP/RFI responses, client presentations, solution workshops, strategic pursuits, and industry forums.
- Develop differentiated solutions across Investment Banking Operations, Asset Management Operations, Wealth Management, and Custody & Securities Operations.
- Identify transformation opportunities and define future-state operating models for clients.
- Drive operational excellence, innovation, and process optimization initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing consulting and transformation teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders on transformation and operational strategy.
- Strong techno-functional mindset with strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in developing accelerators, frameworks, industry solutions, and reusable transformation assets.
- Solid stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
