Join our Project Management Office in Chennai/Gurgaon

As a Project Coordinator, you ll work with our global team of experts to support Project Managers in delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects. You ll be involved across all project phases - from planning to completion - ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role reports to the Head of Project Management Office in India and supports projects anchored across COWI globally.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

- Support PMs in planning, monitoring, and forecasting - including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Track changes, risks, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, agendas, and documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communications and project requirements.




- Monitor project financials and performance metrics (earned value, reporting).
- Ensure adherence to COWI s Project Management procedures and quality standards

Moreover, you have:

- Bachelors/Master s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechanical or related) 3-7 years experience supporting PMs in engineering/construction project execution within Consulting, EPC, Infrastructure, Buildings, Renewable Energy or Oil gas sector
- Strong grasp of project management principles - work breakdown, earned value, project plans.
- Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset with sound decision-making skills.
- PMP certification or similar is an advantage.
