We are a fast-growing SaaS company providing creative software solutions to businesses globally. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various recruitment platforms.
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification coordination.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the hiring process.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1 to 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience hiring for SaaS sales roles (BDE, SDR, Account Executive, Customer Success) and technical roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Product).
- Knowledge of HRMS and ATS tools.
- Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Understanding of startup hiring environments and scaling teams.
