A boutique investment banking and financial advisory firm is hiring a Vice President for a senior origination-and-execution seat.

Focus sectors: BFSI, Healthcare, Consumer Tech and Manufacturing. We are looking for a developed sector thesis and credentials in one or two of these, not surface coverage of all four.

Key responsibilities:
- Originate and execute private equity, venture capital and investment banking M&A; transactions in the focus sectors
- Develop and manage institutional relationships with potential clients and with investors and financial institutions
- Own transactions end to end from mandate through to closure
- Independently produce transaction collaterals - teaser, pitch document, information memorandum and financial model
- Arrive at comparable transaction multiples: precedent transaction and public company comparables
- Manage staff and interact at all levels of a client organisation

Must have: a proven track record RAISING private equity, VC or investment banking capital for companies in the focus sectors. Advisory or research exposure without closed raises will not explicit.
