Summary

The Virtual Commissioning Engineer will support virtual commissioning and automation validation activities using offline testing and digital twin environments.

Develop and review virtual models for PLC, robotics, and automation systems.
Perform logic validation, sequence testing, and interlock verification.
Integrate PLC code with virtual plant models for offline testing.




Assist in PLC integration with virtual plant models.
Perform offline testing and debugging.
Support test execution, issue logging, and documentation.
Work closely with VC Leads and automation teams.

Required Experience Skills

5 years of experience in Virtual Commissioning or Automation Engineering
Must have knowledge of Siemens SIMIT
Basic to intermediate PLC programming experience
Understanding of automation systems and manufacturing processes
Exposure to digital twin or virtual testing environments
Strong analytical and communication skills

Additional Information

Minimum 2+ years exposure to VC or PLC projects
15-year full time education required.
