Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
- Formulation of Technical Policy for secured LAP.
- Evaluate property technical reports for LAP (Loan Against Property). Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal policies. Assess the Property quality, marketability, and liquidity, Construction status, age, and structural risks.
- Technical Report TAT adherence as agreed and defined in SOP.
- Identify technical risks in property documents and verify site feasibility and marketability of collateral.
- Manage and onboard external vendor technical agencies (valuation firms/technical officers) to ensure timely and quality reports.
- Ensure all technical documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
- Conduct spot checks on high-value properties and audit vendor reports to prevent fraud or overvaluation.
- Coordinate with Sales/Product/Credit/Technology and Operations to fine tune the process.
- Policy related training and frontline support for resolution of their queries.
