- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage offer negotiation, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain a strong Sales talent pipeline and achieve hiring targets.
- Work closely with business teams to understand and close requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Mandatory experience in end-to-end Sales hiring.
- Experience in B2C/Direct Sales, BDM, Field Sales, or Sales Executive hiring preferred.
- Strong communication, sourcing, and candidate management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.
