Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop modular and reusable PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Configure Siemens S7-1500/S7-1500F standard and safety PLC logic.
- Develop and troubleshoot WinCC Unified/Comfort HMI applications.
- Implement machine sequences, interlocks, alarms, diagnostics, and recovery logic.
- Configure PROFINET, PROFIsafe, OPC UA, and TCP/IP communication.
- Support software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, virtual commissioning, and vFAT.
- Perform code reviews, testing, fault-injection testing,



and defect closure.
- Prepare code backups, architecture documents, interface registers, and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Siemens PLCs.
- Solid experience with S7-1500 and TIA Portal.
- Knowledge of PLC safety programming and machine interlocks.
- Understanding of industrial communication networks.
- Ability to read electrical drawings, I/O lists, and sequence-of-operation documents.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
