A leading multi-family office is hiring a Regional Head for South India, reporting to the CEO, with full P&L; accountability.

Key responsibilities:
- Own and deliver South India revenue and AUM targets with full P&L; accountability
- Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala)
- Build brand presence through industry networks, community engagement and thought leadership
- Drive expansion into new markets and segments; build and lead client-facing teams.

Ideal profiles:

- Regional / Zonal Banking Head from private bank wealth or private banking; Senior Private Banker or Cluster Head with a UHNI book; Senior Wealth / Distribution Leader with regional P&L; NBFC or financial services Regional Head with business family relationships across South India.
- Compensation includes significant variable upside and equity participation for builders.
- No specific degree required; a robust financial services background is essential. Minimum 8 years leading client-facing teams is non-negotiable
