Job Description Junior System Administrator
We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to support day-to-day IT operations, desktop systems, Linux/Ubuntu clients, networking, security systems, and automation activities.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Ubuntu/Linux and Windows client systems.
Run, troubleshoot, and maintain Bash, PowerShell, and other IT scripts.
Create and modify basic scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.
Provide desktop, application, hardware, and user support.
Perform basic network troubleshooting including IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Handle basic firewall administration, including rules, access, and connectivity troubleshooting.
Support installation and overall maintenance of CCTV systems.
Support biometric/access-control systems, including configuration and basic troubleshooting.
Install software, configure systems,



and manage user accounts and permissions.
Support system deployments, updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
Maintain IT documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills
Basic Linux/Ubuntu administration
Bash/Shell and PowerShell scripting
Windows desktop support
Basic networking – TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Basic firewall concepts and rule management
Basic CCTV and biometric system maintenance
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and work hands-on with IT systems

Experience: 3 - 6 years
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
