- Lead the design development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprisescale business problems
Define data science strategy and drive adoption of datadriven decisionmaking across business functions
- Build predictive prescriptive forecasting recommendation and optimization models
- Lead endtoend model development lifecycle including data acquisition feature engineering training validation deployment and monitoring
- Design scalable analytics solutions on cloud and big data platforms
- Develop and implement advanced statistical machine learning and deep learning algorithms
- Architect MLOps frameworks to enable reliable model deployment and lifecycle management
- Drive development of RAGbased GenAI solutions and LLMpowered applications
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify highvalue AI and analytics opportunities
Mentor and guide data scientists ML engineers and analytics teams
Establish best practices for model governance explainability fairness and responsible AI
Lead experimentation AB testing and hypothesisdriven analytics initiatives
Build scalable data pipelines in partnership with data engineering teams
Translate complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
Develop executivelevel dashboards insights and performance reporting frameworks
Optimize model performance accuracy scalability and operational efficiency
Work closely with product engineering and architecture teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications
Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI ML and GenAI technologies
Ensure data quality security compliance and governance standards are maintained
Support presales solution design and AI transformation initiatives where required
Define technical roadmaps and data science standards for the organization
Lead crossfunctional teams in Agile and DevOps environments
Publish thought leadership assets reusable frameworks and best practices
Stay current with advancements in Artificial Intelligence Data Science LLMs and cloud technologies
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related discipline with 12 years of experience in Data Science Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics
