The Vehicle CAE Project Leader - NVH will lead Noise, Vibration and Harshness simulation activities for vehicle development programs. The position requires expertise in body structures, energetic performance, cabin acoustics, and CAE-test correlation.
Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NVH simulation activities for vehicle programs.
- Develop and validate FE models using ANSA and META.
- Perform Body-in-White static and dynamic stiffness assessments.
- Conduct body modes and modal analysis studies.
- Execute Trimmed Body NVH simulations.
- Investigate vibration transmission paths and cabin noise issues.
- Correlate CAE results with test laboratory measurements.
- Recommend design improvements to meet NVH targets.
- Lead technical discussions with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and review technical deliverables.
