Service Engineer n Industrial Automation

We re looking for a hands-on, customer- driven Service Engineer who can bring our systems to life at customer sites and ensure every installation performs flawlessly.
Responsibilities

* Install and commission automation systems n PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors, and weighing controllers n ensuring smooth start-up at customer sites.
* Diagnose and resolve electrical or control system issues, both on-site and remotely.
* Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks to keep systems running efficiently.
* Work closely with Projects, R&D;, and Software teams to identify recurring issues and contribute to product improvements.
* Maintain accurate installation reports, service logs, and feedback summaries for continuous enhancement.

Requirements




* Robust understanding of PLC systems, sensors, and industrial control circuits.
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
* Willingness to travel and handle on-site support activities.

* Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
