Role Overview

We are hiring driven Assistant Sales Managers / Sales Managers to handle residential real estate sales, convert high-quality leads, and grow our presence in the Chennai region.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly revenue targets in Chennai residential real estate.

Manage end-to-end discussion with buyers and explain project offerings.

Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing platforms.

Build strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-customers.

Provide market insights,



property valuations, and assist in negotiations.

Conduct meetings with pre-qualified leads and showcase suitable properties.

Convert prospects into buyers based on their investment needs.

Coordinate with the CRM team to ensure smooth post-sales support.

Skills Required
