Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, SAP SD configuration, integration with other SAP modules, production support, and implementation/enhancement projects.

The candidate should be capable of understanding business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, configuring the system, preparing functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting testing and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end SAP SD implementation, rollout, support, and enhancement activities.
- Configure and support core SAP SD processes, including:
- Enterprise Structure
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery and Shipping
- Billing and Invoicing
- Pricing and Output Determination
- Credit Management
- Returns and Credit/Debit Memo Processing
- Intercompany Sales
- Third-Party Sales
- Consignment Process
- Stock Transport Orders (STO)

- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
- Configure Sales Document Types, Item Categories, Schedule Line Categories, Copy Controls, and Partner Determination.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP Pricing Procedures, Condition Types, Access Sequences, and Condition Records.




- Work on shipping point determination, route determination, delivery processing, picking, packing, and PGI.
- Configure billing types, billing plans, invoice processing, and account determination.
- Work on Output Determination and integration with external systems.
- Handle IDoc and EDI-related integration scenarios.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare Business Blueprints, Functional Specifications, and solution documents.
- Conduct AS-IS / TO-BE analysis and gap analysis.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
- Provide production support and resolve L1/L2/L3 SAP SD incidents.
- Perform root-cause analysis for recurring production issues.
- Coordinate with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and technical teams for cross-functional requirements.
- Support data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare user manuals, configuration documents, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and key users to understand and resolve functional issues.
