We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer/Consultant with 7-10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Implement and support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
- Develop workflows using Flow Designer and Service Catalog solutions.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.
- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Configure CMDB and support discovery implementations.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow development.
- Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Experience in Service Catalog and workflow development.
- Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
