We are hiring Field Sales Executives, Sales Executives and Relationship Officers for leading Banking, BFSI and NBFC companies across Chennai.

Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current customers through field visits, references and assigned leads.
- Visit prospective customers and explain banking and financial products.
- Promote and sell Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Vehicle Loan and other financial products.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collect basic customer/KYC documents and coordinate for application processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and customer acquisition activities.
- Maintain daily sales and field-visit reports.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.




- Freshers are welcome.
- 0–1 year experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / Banking / BFSI / NBFC is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and customer-handling ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willing to work in field sales and travel within assigned locations.
- Two-wheeler preferred for field-sales roles.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
