- Qualification: Postgraduate.
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or = 30 Days Preferred.

Job Requirements:

- Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of villas, plotted developments and high-rise apartment projects.
- Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control and site operations.
- Experienced in managing multiple projects, large site teams, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Solid ownership of project timelines, budgets, quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Candidates should demonstrate a consistent employment history, long-term commitment to roles, and steady professional growth.
- Ability to identify execution risks, resolve bottlenecks and drive timely corrective actions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Proven leadership capability in building high-performing project teams and driving execution discipline and accountability.
- Strong understanding of project governance, MIS, progress monitoring and escalation management.





Job Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning and pre-construction through completion and handover.
- Manage multiple projects including high-rise apartments, villas and plotted developments.
- Drive project planning, scheduling, execution, cost control and resource management.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, safety and statutory compliance.
- Lead and manage large teams of project professionals, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Identify project risks, execution bottlenecks and delays and implement timely corrective actions.
- Establish strong project governance, MIS, progress monitoring and escalation mechanisms.
- Review contractor and consultant performance and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Work closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Build high-performing project teams and drive a culture of ownership, accountability and execution discipline.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost and quality parameters.
