Role & responsibilities

- Production Excellence: Drive production across OTC, Womens Hygiene and Beverage plants, ensuring output, productivity and equipment efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Implement Lean, 5S, Six Sigma and TPM to reduce downtime, waste and improve OEE.
- Projects & Capacity: Lead new facility setups, automation projects, line expansions and commissioning.
- Quality, Compliance & EHS: Ensure adherence to WHO-GMP, ISO, HACCP, AYUSH and EHS standards, with focus on zero accidents and minimal complaints.
- Cost & Supply Chain: Manage OPEX/CAPEX, optimize manufacturing costs and ensure effective RM/PM availability and inventory control.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Maintenance and QA, while developing shop-floor capabilities.

Candidate Profile & Requirements





- Education: B.E. in Mechanical, or B.Pharm
- Experience: 15 years of manufacturing experience in the FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Hygiene (Sanitary/Diaper) industries.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth understanding of automated machinery calibration, PLC systems, and packaging lines.
- Working knowledge of SAP ERP (Production Planning & Quality Management modules).
- Sound knowledge of Ayurvedic/Pharma regulatory frameworks and GMP documentation standards.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capability, strong negotiation tactics, problem-solving mindsets, and cross-departmental coordination
