Job Summary

LTI Mindtree is looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs, designing distributed systems, and working with cloud-native technologies in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop RESTful APIs and Microservices following enterprise design principles.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop reusable, secure, and high-quality code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate backend services with databases, messaging systems, and third-party applications.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Participate in application deployment, production support, and defect resolution.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability through industry best practices.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.




- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
