Role Name: Salesforce Dev-Ops Engineer

1. 6+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform with strong understanding of metadata, org structure, and deployment lifecycle.

2. Extensive experience implementing and managing Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using Copado.

3. Hands on expertise with Copado User Stories, Pipelines, Promotions,



and Environment Management.

4. Robust knowledge of Git-based version control, branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution within Copado.

5. Proven experience handling end to end deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

6. Experience enforcing code quality, Apex test coverage, validation runs, and static code analysis.

7. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures, dependency issues, and Copado pipeline errors.

8. Solid understanding of Salesforce development components (Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Metadata APIs).

9. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating closely with developers, QA, and release teams.

10. Salesforce and/or Copado certification preferred (Administrator, Platform Developer, Copado Admin/Consultant).
