Role & Responsibilities

- Endtoend hiring: Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions including Development Engineering, Software Development, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechanical Tooling, HMI, IoT, Connectivity Design, IT (Fullstack, Backend, Frontend, Azure, Automation, .NET), Mechanical Engineer, Electrical Engineer, PLC, and Machine 4.0.
- Recruiting lifecycle management: Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to help management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal management teams to understand departmental needs and job specifications.
- Job postings: Develop and release postings on platforms such as social media and job boards.
- Innovative sourcing:



Utilize multiple recruiting sources and execute strategies to identify quality candidates and prospect for recent business.
- Candidate management: Screen resumes, qualify prospects, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the process including final offer negotiation.
- Database maintenance: Maintain records of active and passive prospects, hired and exited employees, and candidate relationships.
- Interview process tracking: Follow up on interview status and update records in the internal database.
