Location Pan India

Lead the design development implementation and support of Insurity Bridge solutions for insurance clients Drive delivery excellence manage technical teams collaborate with business stakeholders and ensure successful project execution aligned with client needs and organizational goals

Key Responsibilities

Lead end to end implementation and enhancement of Insurity Bridge applications

Work with business analysts product owners and client stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions within the Insurity platform

Guide development teams on configuration customization integration and deployment activities

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices

Manage project delivery risks dependencies and stakeholder communications

Support production releases defect resolution and performance optimization

Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams

Coordinate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive testing and defect closure

Drive continuous improvement and adoption of automation and AI assisted delivery practices where applicable

Required Skills

Solid experience with Insurity Bridge platform





Experience in insurance domain especially PC insurance processes

Knowledge of C NET SQL Server web services APIs and application integrations

Understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC and Agile methodologies

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience leading distributed teams and managing client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading largescale insurance transformation programs

Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices

Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
