Job Title: Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong experience in LoadRunner, Performance Center, and Application Performance Monitoring.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience in LoadRunner & Performance Center
- Strong knowledge of Performance Testing, Load Testing, Stress Testing, and Endurance Testing
- Experience in VuGen, Controller, and Analysis
- Knowledge of Correlation, Parameterization, Pacing, Think Time, Transactions, and Rendezvous
- Experience in analyzing Response Time, TPS, Throughput, Percentiles, and SLA
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics/Dynatrace/Splunk
- Good understanding of CPU, Memory, Network, JVM, and Database monitoring
- Experience in NFR gathering, workload modeling, VUser calculation, and bottleneck analysis
- Robust knowledge of LoadRunner functions such as web_add_header, web_add_auto_header, web_custom_request, and web_submit_data

Good communication and performance analysis skills are required.
