SAP Commerce Cloud Architecture

Payment Gateway integrations
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) integrations
Digital Marketing Platforms

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business requirements for SAP Commerce Cloud projects
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with developers, architects,



UX and QA teams
• Define business processes, workflows and system integrations
• Support product catalog, pricing, promotions, order management and customer experience requirements
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements
• Participate in solution design discussions
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process flows and use cases
• Support UAT, defect management and production deployments
• Assist with change management, user training and post-go-live support
