- 35 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Solid hands-on experience in Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
- Strong hands-on frontend development experience using jQuery – Mandatory.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate and Spring Security.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack/Gulp is preferred.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine or QUnit is preferred.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development/coding tools, such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Cursor
- Claude
- Gemini
- Windsurf
- Similar AI coding assistants

Important Screening Criteria
