Job Description – AR Caller (Voice Process)
- Calling insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers for claim status updates.
- Handling US Healthcare Provider billing processes.
- Following up with insurance companies to check the status of outstanding claims.
- Receiving payment information for processed claims.
- Analyzing claims in case of rejections.
- Ensuring all deliverables adhere to quality standards.
