Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and implement effective learning strategies to drive business outcomes in the banking industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized solutions using LMS platforms.
- Develop and deliver high-quality e-learning content, including courseware, assessments, and evaluations.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field within the banking industry.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and technology-based training tools (LMS).
- Proven track record of developing successful learning programs that improve employee performance and organizational results.
