About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and hands-on IT Delivery Manager with 13 to 19 years of industry experience to lead high-impact technology delivery portfolios. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery governance, agile operational excellence, solution architecture alignment, and P&L; management.You will lead cross-functional engineering teams specializing in Java / .NET Microservices architectures and drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into enterprise solutions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in pre-sales pursuits, technical estimation, client engagement, and financial budgeting.

Key Responsibilities1. Delivery Excellence & P&L; Management

- P&L; Ownership: Take complete accountability for the financial health of the delivery portfolio, including revenue targets, gross margins, resource utilization, billing, and cost optimization.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee financial budgeting, quarterly forecasting, revenue recognition, and variance analysis.
- Delivery Governance: Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget,



and meeting the highest quality standards, mitigating project risks proactively.

2. Technical Solutioning & Architecture Leadership

- Microservices & Contemporary Stack: Provide high-level architectural oversight for enterprise applications built on Java and .NET Microservices architectures, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions (Generative AI, machine learning pipelines, intelligent automation) into client products and internal delivery workflows.
- Solutioning: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and sales teams to design robust, innovative, and cost-effective technical solutions during pre-sales and RFP/RFI responses.

3. Agile & Process Transformation

- Agile Leadership: Champion Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies across delivery teams to accelerate time-to-market and enhance productivity metrics (velocity, lead time, defect density).
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous delivery.
