Role & responsibilities
1. New Joiner Training (NJT) Delivery
- Deliver the 3-day NJT (MonWed, ~15 hours) for at least 2 weeks each month pitch, product, grooming and objection handling, with full-day engagement.
- Run assessments, sales-pitch certification and app/ID activation; record every session without fail.
- Submit NJT reports to the Sales Team by the end of Day 3.
2. Field Training & DST Development
- Start field days at the gate meeting (9–10 AM); deliver gate-meeting refreshers, product updates and engagement.
- Conduct structured DST audits — pitch, grooming and product knowledge — using GAD / DST report data.
- Support M0–M3 DSTs on-ground with lead-gen hand-holding (OJT checklist); log each activity with customer name, RMN & CSID, and hand over trained DSTs to the ASI with feedback.
3. Planning & Stakeholder Coordination
- Align with ASIs 24–48 hours ahead of every field visit, NJT, Wednesday training and audit.
- Share the weekly field-visit calendar (built around current joiners)
and NJT invites with all stakeholders by Saturday 7 PM, and finalise the next week's plan.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Fill the Daily Attendance & Activities form the same day; share the Trainer Daily report before 7 PM.
- Submit daily audit / NJT / refresher reports on time, plus the consolidated monthly NJT & M0–M3 coverage report.
- Maintain city-wise WhatsApp Learning Groups — keep DST headcount current (remove exited, add new joiners).
5. Work Norms, Ownership & Conduct
- Report physically to gate meetings, venues and field locations; mark attendance only via the GPS Map Camera app from the field/office (no check-in while travelling; WFH by prior email approval only).
- Maintain formal grooming; join Sales Training calls on time with proper connectivity; own calendar, delivery and reporting without reminders — a capability partner, not a passive executor.
