ROLE : MARKETING AUTOMATION
* Assist in planning and executing marketing automation campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push notifications.
* Support bulk campaigns, ad-hoc communications, and customer engagement initiatives.
* Implement basic drip campaigns and automated workflows.
* Manage and maintain marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
* Upload, segment, and manage contact databases.
* Create and manage customer segments based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.
* Track and analyze key campaign metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
* Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
* Work closely with content and design teams to create effective email and message creatives.Role & responsibilities
