Role & responsibilities

- Ensure incoming documentation is checked, distributed, and stored according to agreed processes
- Monitor document flow, track status, and report progress to project or tender managers
- Compile and prepare final documentation packages in line with contract requirements
- Maintain project lists, archive documents, and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards




- Manage official project correspondence and ensure customer documentation is accepted before submission

You will report to the Team Lead of Document Control and work closely with customer representatives, contractors, suppliers, and project/tender team members across different

sites and countries. Occasional travel may be required depending on customer and contract needs.

Preferred candidate profile

- A bachelors degree in any discipline
- Proficiency in the German language
- Exposure/Experience in document management or office management
- The ability to read and understand contracts or complex written material
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat DC, M-Files or other DMS, and SharePoint
- Fluency in English
