Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Location: Chennai (Navalur) - Work From Office
Employment Type: Permanent
Experience: 8-12 Years
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days

Key Skills:

- Solid technical background in Java or Python
- Proven experience managing multiple software development projects and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong skills in project planning, estimation, proposal creation,



and client engagement
- Experience working directly with US-based clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in application modernization, migration, or digital transformation projects is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in a product-based organization
- Prior US onsite experience
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus
- Willingness and flexibility to travel onsite to the US for client meetings, project execution, stakeholder discussions, and critical delivery engagements as required.
