Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Chiller Technician to handle the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller and HVAC systems at a critical facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor chiller systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, cooling towers, and associated equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of chillers and HVAC systems.
- Monitor operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, current, and refrigerant levels.
- Troubleshoot and attend to chiller, compressor, condenser, evaporator, and pump-related issues.
- Carry out routine inspection and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain daily log sheets, equipment readings, checklists, and maintenance records.




- Coordinate with the engineering team and contractors for major maintenance activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and statutory requirements while carrying out maintenance activities.
- Support energy-saving initiatives and ensure optimum performance of HVAC systems.

Candidate Profile:

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / HVAC.
- 38 years of experience in chiller/HVAC operation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with central chiller systems is preferred.
- Positive troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Willing to work in shift operations.
- Candidates with Data Centre / Industrial / Commercial facility experience will be preferred.
