Role & responsibilities

- Strong hands-on experience in BSW / Base Software / Platform Software development for Automotive ECUs.
- Extensive development experience in Classic AUTOSAR BSW architecture and Embedded C.
- Strong expertise in developing, configuring, integrating and debugging AUTOSAR BSW modules.
- Proficiency in Embedded C and microcontrollers S32K / Renesas RH850 is mandatory.
- Hands-on development experience in CAN, UDS/Diagnostics, DEM, NvM, MPU, Reset Manager, Custom Scheduler and Protected OS.
- Experience in Fault Handler, EOL and EDR module development.
- Hands-on experience in Bootloader integration and ECU software integration.
- Strong knowledge of CAN, LIN, SAE J1939, SPI and Quad SPI communication protocols.
- Experience in debugging,



root-cause analysis and issue resolution using embedded development/debugging tools, oscilloscopes and waveform generators.
- Strong understanding of AUTOSAR, MISRA, ASPICE and Agile development methodologies.
- Good working knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety and ISO 21434 Automotive Cybersecurity.
- Ability to understand and analyse customer requirements, software requirements and technical specifications and translate them into software solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working with cross-functional teams and customer-facing technical discussions.
