Eligibility:
0 to 2 years of experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer support for smart home and technical devices.
Assist customers with device setup, account-related queries, and troubleshooting.
Resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and device configuration.
Handle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Valuable English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility.
Candidates with technical support experience will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi, internet, and technical troubleshooting.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Basic typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Role 2:
Customer Support Associate International Voice Process
Location : Chennai Perungalathur
Eligibility:
0 to 2 years of experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through inbound/outbound international voice calls.
Provide accurate and professional customer support.
Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain customer records and meet quality and productivity targets.
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication skills.
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred
Freshers/current college students with good communication skills can also be considered as per eligibility
Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and Windows knowledge.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
