Location: Chennai ( Sholinganallur)
Take-Home Salary: Approximately 16,500 per month + PF,ESI & Insurance.

Shift Timings

Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts:

- 4:00 PM 1:30 AM
- 6:00 PM 3:30 AM
- 5 Days working (SAT & SUN Weekoff)

TWO way Cab available (Free)

Work Model

- Initial 3 months: Work From Office (Training period)
- Post training: Hybrid work model

Job Responsibilities

- Handle backend operations and non-voice processes.
- Review, verify, and process data/information accurately.
- Perform health care bill entry and update records in internal systems.
- Analyze customer requests and complete assigned tasks within SLA.
- Maintain accuracy, quality,



and productivity targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria

- Valuable written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Willing to work from the Chennai office during the initial training period.
